Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences in Key Focus Areas:Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.Job Brief: We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our agency partner ecosystem — someone who deeply understands the brand/creative/advertising landscape and can drive strategic alliances that accelerate Flam’s growth globally.You’ll play a critical role in shaping how creative and media agencies adopt Flam's immersive tech for their brand clients.What You’ll DoOwn and grow strategic partnerships with creative, digital, and media agencies.Build co-sell and co-create motions to embed Flam into brand campaigns and activations.Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with regional and global agency networks.Create joint GTM plans, incentive models, and enablement programs.Represent Flam at key industry events and drive thought leadership with agency ecosystems.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure success of agency-led deals.Develop reporting, forecasting, and dashboards for partner-sourced revenue.What We’re Looking For8–12 years of experience in agency partnerships, brand alliances, or strategic business development.Deep relationships across creative agencies, media networks, and brand innovation teams.Strong understanding of how agencies operate — including pitch cycles, creative workflows, and campaign planning.Experience in tech-driven storytelling, adtech/martech, or creative platforms (AR, AI, 3D is a big plus).Ability to navigate enterprise-level conversations and executive stakeholders (CMOs, CSOs, Creative Heads).A mix of strategic thinking and hustle — you can open doors and build scalable programs.
