You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and helping to build a strong workforce.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingWork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirementsPost job openings on various job portals and social media platformsConduct initial HR screening calls with candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with internal teamsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)Create and maintain candidate databasesAssist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment drivesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processEducational Qualification:Preferred: MBA in Human Resources or a related field
