The Product Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with suppliers, handling inventory, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves ensuring smooth and efficient operations to support the company's mission of enhancing beauty with quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesAlign product goals with overall business objectives.Conduct competitive analysis and market research.Translate customer insights into product requirements.Gather and analyze customer feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production team, designer, marketing, sales, etc.).Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new features or products.Present progress to leadership and justify prioritization.Experience in inventory management and supplier coordinationCustomer service skills and attention to detailKnowledge of beauty industry trends and productsExperience with scheduling and appointment managementShould be comfortable to travel for business purposeQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Business or related field).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
