They drive the growth for our portfolio of programs with top universities & B-schools like Wharton, Columbia, Stanford, etc. They will use their product expertise to identify opportunities, pitch new product ideas and monitor existing product health. Reporting Structure and Role Framework: This incumbent reports directly to the Sr. Associate Director, Product and would be working in an IC role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed research and analyses for new product development, including market feasibility studies, competitor analyses, and product health assessments.Source and validate new program topics, ensuring relevance and demand. Develop comprehensive program concepts and proposals, including personas, high-level curricula, learning objectives, delivery methods, and positioning.Conduct portfolio discovery sessions and analyses for key University partners and serve as the point-of-contact to Universities and University Partnerships team for product-related questions. Pitch new program concepts and proposals to university partners, addressing any concerns or modifications needed.Coordinate with Learning Design, Marketing, and Revenue to assist with efficient hand-offs and knowledge transfer through product design, GTM, and launch.Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue, and Design teams to ensure programs remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with market needs and organizational objectives.Qualifications:Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and business strategy, preferably in online educationAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.Business acumen with a demonstrated record of preparing business cases and understanding drivers of business success.Research acumen with strong qualitative and quantitative skills and the ability to find, analyze, and communicate effectively with data.Proven experience supporting business development in a high-growth environment, developing high quality pitch materials, and delivering presentations to external stakeholders.Strong understanding of various industries, job markets, and professional development needs.Cross-functional leadership skills.Skills and Requirements: 4 to 8 Years of relevant experience in Product ManagementA graduate or postgraduate degree from a top institutePrior experience in Ed-tech is a plus Flexible enough to work in a start-up/ dynamic environment Our Culture and Background Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
