Job Description

Responsibilities ● Deal Closing: Take full responsibility for the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and successful deal closures with international clients. ● Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to engage and nurture leads. Present and communicate the value of Thriving Springs' products to international prospects, ensuring tailored messaging that resonates with their needs. ● Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues to facilitate successful deals. ● Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the sales cycle. ● Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.Requirements ● Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or similar roles with a strong track record of closing deals. Experience in the HR Tech sector is preferred. ● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with international clients. ● Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of international sales processes and cultural nuances. Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with clients from diverse backgrounds. ● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software to manage leads and streamline the sales process. ● On-site Requirement: Must be willing to work from our office in Hyderabad.
