We’re looking for a remote Odoo Developer based in India to help build custom ERP solutions for clients across the UAE.If you’re experienced in Odoo, love solving business problems with clean code, and want to work on impactful projects — we want to hear from you.Role DescriptionAs a Remote Odoo Developer at Fekratech Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Odoo modules that meet the operational needs of our UAE-based clients. You'll collaborate closely with our functional consultants and project managers to implement robust ERP solutions that streamline business processes across industries.This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in India, with partial overlap with UAE business hours. You’ll work on projects involving Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, and more — using both community and enterprise versions of Odoo.Qualifications2+ years of experience with Odoo (Python, XML, QWeb)Strong knowledge of Odoo's standard modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specsReliable internet connection and ability to work UAE business hoursKey Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and deploy Odoo modules (v14+)Implement business logic, workflows, and UI changesCollaborate with UAE-based consultants and clientsWork on integrations, reports, and third-party APIsMaintain and improve existing Odoo systemsBonus Points:Odoo certificationKnowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, or payroll rulesExperience with migration or multi-company setupsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary Fully remote work with a supportive teamLong-term, stable projects with real impactGrowth opportunities as we scale in the region
