As a Relationship manager, the person will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining client relationships. The key attributes of the job would be to build AUAs leading to higher fees and profitability to the business. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted financial consultant to high net worth individuals, family offices and corporates. Acquire new HNI client relationships to build personal AUA and ensure achievement of targets Adopt a client-centric approach to develop a comprehensive strategy that considers all aspects of the client's finances and investment objectives Build portfolios that adhere to the defined investment framework through appropriate asset allocation and product suitability Cultivate and grow client relationships by monitoring portfolios though performance reviews, providing regular updates, presenting plans, addressing and resolving queries in a timely manner Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client is well-served Stay updated on products, services and legislation that may have an influence on clients’ investment strategy Adhere to all internal policies and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements Qualifications & Attributes 15+ years of sales experience in wealth management Excellent knowledge of products, market dynamics and economic scenarios Financial acumen, analytical thinking with an aptitude for relationship management Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to seamlessly align service delivery for an enhanced customer experience; thereby ensuring the achievement of both, client’s and organization’s goals Experience with the Advisory (RIA) model will be an added advantage
