As a part of our dynamic Corporate Sales team, you will: Business Numbers: Ability to understand the long term and short terms plans of the organization and ensure that the plans understood are executed in a goal oriented fashion. Pipeline: Ability to create a robust business pipeline and funnel creation. Monitor the funnels and help in expanding them by effectively engaging with prospects: Client Requirements: Understanding of the risk of the client through discussions / understanding of current insurance programs and translate them back to the respective verticals / practices for detailed advisory Solutions: Ability to make the client understand the solutions and the advisory given by the organization with a good understanding of Insurance Effective Communication skills: Ability to create good content with the help of experts to deliver the correct communication to the client. Helping in creating collaterals / presentations etc. Insurer / Carrier management: Liaise with departments to get the best terms for clients commercially as well as technically to help in closure of the submissions. Technical Understanding: Ability to technically translate the terms received to the clients to enable effective decision making after presenting the correct cost benefit analysis to the client. System Adherence: Adhere to the processes and detail out the transactions in Lead Management systems and draw out inferences from data. Policy Management: Remain to be the fulcrum for addressing all client and stakeholders requirements and ensure smooth functioning of the program and manage escalations Client Engagement: Ability to design and execute engagement plans for clients to ensure that the right services and advisories are brought to the client. Industry Updates: Remain abreast with the industry trends in India and globally to ensure that clients are updated regularly What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring: The minimum education and experience required to meet this profile is Graduation / Post Graduation. Added advantage would be formal education in Insurance with Insurance certification/Specialization from III. Broker Qualified person 10 years of experience in the sales in the insurance industry Ability to draw business plans for organization / self and team and a strong execution ability Thorough understanding of client life cycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
