General Job Description and Requirements: Field job, that will require product demos and recipe alignment with the Customer. Prior experience of FMCG Industry required (preferably, food industry). Required minimum Graduation. Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales at the assigned areas. To understand & create the demand of our products in the HoReCa & QSR channels and to propose Orika -- Paras Spices Pvt Ltd. Product Identify and document business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Create the Beat planning as per the Universe and maintain the minimum visits for a day. Manage the Channel activities including relationships with Stockists/Distributors.  Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts. Reconciliation on Accounts receivables with the Distributor and Secondary Sales. Product claims/returns management on a Monthly basis. Add on new customers, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth; Customer conversion and retention.
