About the Role We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Data Analyst Lead to head our data analytics function and play a critical role in driving data-backed decision-making across the organization. This role demands strong business acumen, hands-on technical expertise, and proven experience in building and leading high-performing analytics teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Data Engineers to deliver impactful insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, product teams, and marketing to translate data into strategic decisions. Own and drive the BI roadmap aligned with company goals; ensure consistent delivery of high-impact dashboards and visualizations. Drive operational excellence across departments through advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking. Oversee the design and delivery of marketing, product, and operations analytics with a strong focus on ROI and optimization. Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability across reporting systems and analytics platforms. Evangelize the use of analytics and cultivate a data-first culture across the organization. Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions. Deep expertise in SQL, Excel, Python/R, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI. Strong foundational knowledge of database architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Proven ability to manage and scale analytics teams and projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in e-commerce, retail, agri-tech, or supply chain is highly preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
