Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with Investment responsibilities, located in Noida. The CTO will oversee the overall technology strategy, lead software development teams, and manage IT projects. Responsibilities include defining and implementing technical architecture, driving product development, ensuring technological advancements align with business goals, and evaluating investment opportunities in technology. The role demands strategic planning, leadership, and close collaboration with other executive team members to drive innovation and growth. Qualifications Software Development and Product Development skills Project Management and IT Strategy skills Experience in defining and implementing technical Architecture Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Noida MBA or an advanced degree in Technology Management is a plus Experience in logistics or the e-commerce industry is beneficial What We're Looking For: Technology leader who is hands-on coding probably 10+ years of experience of working in product development organizations with a proven experience of developing enterprise scale product. Mandatory Hands-on expert experience of minimum 10+ years in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures. Expert level expertise in coding using Python, Postgre / Sql / Distributed DB’s, React / Next JS, Server Maintenance, Git, Rest API’s. Expected to utilize 70% time on coding / coding related activities Willingness to invest capital into the business. Ability to architect, develop, and optimize a high-performance mobile and web application. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and real-time analytics is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a technical team. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all technical aspects of the product, ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain the different software components. Optimise database architecture and real-time data processing for seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with the business and marketing teams to align technology with growth goals. Drive innovation and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development. Demonstrated ability to architect and build data solutions that leverage data quality and anomaly detection best practices. Understanding of common container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Container, CI/CD and Kubernetes. Experience designing secure cloud architectures in a hyper-scale cloud service provider (AWS, GCP or Azure or OCI) Advanced knowledge of common cloud security services and tools such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC Automation, and other data security practices. Knowledge of blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity, and AI would be useful Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
