Position Summary: Lead Analyst - Product Owner,SAP MM Responsibilities: Collaborate with business teams to capture and define business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions within the Materials Management domain. Ensure adherence to SAP standards when implementing new business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in finance, sales, and procurement Offer functional expertise and direction to technical teams in addressing complex issues and interpreting detailed requirements Provide mentorship and guidance to junior functional consultants to accelerate their onboarding and help them reach full productivity quickly. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering, root cause analysis, and resolution of intricate problems Ensuring stakeholder alignment by acting as the bridge between business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams Support the evolution of business processes in alignment with the product roadmap Be a catalyst within the team to motivate and build a high-performance team. Required Skills: Product Management across SAP module Configuration, integration, Enhancements. Product Management / Ownership, Stakeholder Management SAP S/4 Hana Configuration and Customizing in MM Qualification and Experience: In-depth knowledge of SAP MM module (5+ years) in S4 Hana environment Experience with SAP SD is a plus. SAP S/4HANA & Integration Expertise (5+ years): Experience in S/4 Hana and in particularly the integration between different modules in SAP, ensuring seamless flow of data between finance, procurement, Sales, and Reporting activities. Deep understanding of SAP Procurement & Procure2Pay processes. Extensive configuration and customization experience in MM Module Experience in greenfield and brownfield implementation and multiple roll-out projects. Experience in SAP Data Migration and implementation of Legal Frameworks related to different countries. Product Ownership & Agile Methodology (3+ years): Extensive experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally. Strong proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies. Ensuring timely delivery of features that improve the MM process, while balancing business priorities, system constraints, and user feedback. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement (5+ years): Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies in MM processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous system improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Proven expertise in identifying process bottlenecks, addressing operational challenges, and integrating new system functionalities Soft-Skills: Strong English proficiency with advanced capabilities in both written and oral communication Knowledge of French would be an asset Experience in working for European clients would be an advantage. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for proficiency in product ownership in an Agile setting.
