BELAP – Brilliance with Elegance Leadership Acceleration Program – is India’s first AI-led Executive Presence Accelerator for Women in Leadership , powered by ForesightedHR and sponsored by SkinMinds. This is a not-for-profit initiative committed to building a strong, visible cadre of Indian women leaders—empowering them to drive corporate growth, shape boardrooms, excel at virtual presence and lead entrepreneurial ventures across the country and globally.
