Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support the organisation in day-to-day operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and process execution. The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, payroll and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting Assist in preparation and maintenance of Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, BalanceSheets, and other financial statements Record day-to-day journal entries and ensure timely closure of books Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledgers Proficient in Tally, maintain data 2. Compliance & Taxation Ensure timely filing and reconciliation of TDS and GST returns and other accounting compliance Support in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance-related documentation 3. MIS & Investor Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards for CEO and investors Assist in compiling financial data and insights for business performance reviews. 4. Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) Process and verify vendor invoices Coordinate and execute vendor payments on time Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper documentation 5. Accounts Receivable & Follow-ups Track receivables and follow up with clients for timely collections Maintain ageing reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed Track deferred revenue and invoices 6. Billing & Invoicing Generate and share accurate invoices with clients Maintain invoice logs and ensure tax compliance on billing 7.
