Conduct regular visits to hardware stores(EIBCs) and distributors to promote products and provide sales support. 2. Execute in-store promotional activities (product demos, training, POS campaigns) to boost sales. 3. Optimize product displays and shelf layouts to maximize brand visibility and compliance with standards. 4. Collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfillment, and market feedback collection. 5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and submit detailed activity reports. Requirements: 1. 2+ years sales experience in the power tools industry 2. Valid driver’s license and confidence in frequent road travel. 3. Fluency in English. 4. Proven ability to build relationships with distributors and retailers. 5. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 6. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly.
