We are especially focused on preventing blindness and providing accessible eye care through our Eye Institute and outreach programs. Role Summary The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, cultivating donor relationships, drafting proposals, and ensuring donor engagement to support the organization’s healthcare and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Fundraising & Donor Outreach Identify and research potential donors, CSR opportunities, foundations, and grant programs. Approach corporates, HNIs, and institutions for CSR and philanthropic partnerships. Maintain donor database and build long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors. Proposal & Report Writing Draft high-quality funding proposals, concept notes, and grant applications. Prepare periodic impact reports and project updates for donors. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute fundraising campaigns (online & offline). Coordinate donor events, visits, and awareness drives. Documentation & Compliance Maintain documentation of fundraising activities, proposals sent, and responses received. Ensure timely submission of reports, acknowledgements, and compliance-related documents to donors. Coordination & Communication Collaborate with the finance, projects, and communications teams to gather data and stories. Represent the organization in meetings and external events, when required. Key Requirements : Education : Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields. Experience : Minimum 2 years in fundraising, business development, CSR, or donor relations in NGOs or social enterprises. Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi) Strong interpersonal and networking skills Proposal and grant writing ability Basic knowledge of CSR laws, FCRA, and donor reporting Comfortable with MS Office, emails, and donor databases Desirable Attributes : Passionate about social causes and community development Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with local language and regional donor landscape will be an advantage
