Strategy Execution & Consulting Coordination Drive execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives across Bless Homes Coordinate with consulting partners and ensure internal alignment on deliverables Manage project timelines, create accountability systems, and track progress B. HR & Organisational Development Lead the internal implementation of the HR transformation roadmap Streamline documentation, onboarding, performance management, and internal reviews Facilitate team development and change adoption across departments C. Cost & Operational Efficiency Identify and implement cost optimisation strategies across verticals Work across architecture, nursing, F&B, housekeeping, and admin to improve systems and service quality D.
