Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Specialist at Aimlay Pvt Ltd located in New Delhi. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, handling technical support inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction levels, and demonstrating phone etiquette in interactions with customers. Key Responsibilities Initiate and manage voice and virtual interactions with potential clients to establish strong rapport. Conduct need-based assessments to understand client goals and challenges. Present Aimlay’s offerings using screen sharing, visual aids, and case studies during virtual meetings. Address inquiries and objections during real-time calls to enhance trust and credibility. Maintain detailed client records and activity logs using CRM tools. Schedule follow-ups and send recap emails to reinforce meeting discussions and drive conversions. Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Strong presentation and virtual upselling, selling skills. Comfortable working in US night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST). High energy, result-oriented mindset, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced setup.
