This is an opening for a well-known chain of restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. 3. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans in collaboration with department heads. 4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, cost savings, and profit improvement opportunities. 5. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, labor laws). 6. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. 7. Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and expenditures to optimize financial performance 8. Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets. 9. Supervise and support finance staff and contribute to staff development and training 10. Provide financial insights and support to operational and executive teams to aid decision- making. 11. Manage inventory controls and cost accounting related to food & beverage, rooms, and other services. 12. Support capital expenditure planning and project feasibility analysis. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred). 2. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus. 3. Minimum 7- 8 years of finance experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. 4. Strong understanding of hotel accounting systems (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems, Oracle Hospitality, SAP). 5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software. 6. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. 7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
