Position: Relationship Manager – Direct Channel Location: Bhopal CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA Job Overview: We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated professional to join our Direct Sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting life insurance products, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and onboard customers through direct sales efforts. Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and renewals. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). 1 to 2 years of experience in sales/field marketing (BFSI preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
