About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive new customer acquisition in India. This is a pure hunting role for professionals who thrive on building pipelines, closing strategic deals, and creating a strong footprint in untapped accounts. You'll be representing ValueFirst’s CPaaS suite — SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, Conversational AI, and more — to enterprise clients across industries. Key Responsibilities Hunt and acquire new enterprise logos across targeted verticals through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold calls, outbound campaigns, referrals, and industry networking. Own the complete sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. Understand client pain points and design relevant CPaaS solutions that add measurable value. Collaborate with internal product, pre-sales, and marketing teams to tailor customer-centric proposals. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving CPaaS use cases. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements 4+ years of proven success in new business sales in CPaaS, SaaS, or Cloud-based solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and large account management. Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, CTOs). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and solutioning skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset.
