Job Title: Compositing Artist – 3D Architectural Walkthrough Video Location: HSR, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years in compositing or similar roles Industry: Architectural Visualization / CGI / Real Estate Marketing Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Compositing Artist to work on high-quality 3D architectural walkthrough videos . The ideal candidate will be responsible for seamlessly blending rendered 3D elements, enhancing visuals with motion graphics, grading, sky replacements, reflections, people integration, depth of field effects, and final look development. A strong eye for detail and storytelling in a cinematic context is essential. Key Responsibilities: Composite rendered 3D scenes (from tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5, or Unreal) into polished architectural walkthroughs. Integrate additional visual elements such as people, vehicles, skies, lens flares, and other VFX into the renders. Perform advanced color correction, depth of field, and atmospheric effects for cinematic output. Collaborate with 3D artists and editors to ensure seamless transitions and shot continuity. Work with render passes (Z-depth, AO, Reflection, etc.) to enhance photorealism. Track and stabilize camera movement as needed for compositing. Optimize output for different formats like HD, 4K, or web platforms. Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Required Skills: Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects (expert level) Adobe Premiere Pro (for basic editing) Blackmagic Fusion or Nuke (bonus) Photoshop (for matte painting / still enhancements) Technical Knowledge: Understanding of 3D render passes and their use in compositing. Knowledge of LUTs, motion blur, chromatic aberration, etc. Familiarity with architectural rendering workflows. Creative Abilities: Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and realism. Ability to tell a story visually through composition and pace. Attention to detail and color accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in VFX, Animation, Media Arts, or related fields. Experience working with architectural or real estate projects. Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous compositing work in 3D walkthroughs or similar environments.
