️ Hiring: Head of Construction – Premium Residential Projects Location: Mumbai (with oversight of upcoming projects in Sonipat, NCR) CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA ️ Full-Time | On-Site | Leadership Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead the execution of high-end residential developments in Mumbai and oversee expansion projects in the NCR region (Sonipat). This is a pivotal leadership role ideal for someone with deep expertise in luxury housing construction, quality control, vendor management, and multi-site project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end construction lifecycle for premium residential projects — from site mobilization to handover. Oversee multiple project sites including flagship developments in Mumbai and upcoming residential villas in Sonipat . Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Manage on-site teams, contractors, vendors, and labour resources efficiently. Ensure all work complies with regulatory, design, and quality standards. Track budgets, BOQs, timelines, and ensure zero-cost overruns and schedule slippage. Implement best practices in procurement, safety protocols, and site operations. Conduct regular site audits and progress reviews; report directly to leadership/board. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5–7 years in premium/luxury residential projects. Strong exposure to RCC frame, finishing, façade, waterproofing, and MEP coordination . Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and team leadership skills. Prior experience delivering high-end villa, apartment, or second home projects. Working knowledge of construction tools, ERP systems, and project tracking software. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
