AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager - Retpack (Reverse Logistics) for its Logistics team based out of Sangareddy , Hyderabad. Job description Role & responsibilities - To primarily promote our market presence, liaise with bottle suppliers and grow a strong network on ground to gather valuable market intelligence and drive better decisions. In addition, this role also brings sufficient controls oversight in breweries and our external warehouses in developing and following bottle and keg handling SOPs, inventory reconciliation, and bettering processes to improve total losses in both kegs and bottles Relevant Experience - Vendor management, Manufacturing unit operations, shop floor management preferably in FMCG/CPG industries Prior expertise in returnable packaging would be an added bonus Business Understanding Understand market dynamics and retpack operations on ground (supplier relationships, pricing, competition) Understanding of retpack planning and deliverables Grasp on operational SOPs and effective stakeholder management to drive results Fundamentals of vendor management Tracking and monitoring And above all of this, an undying love for beer!
