Founded in 1982, Impulse sources from India, Bangladesh, China, the Far East and Africa. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing reconciliations, and supporting accurate financial reporting through MIS. The role requires a hands-on working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel, and a solid grasp of accounting principles. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations • Prepare and update MIS reports for internal management review • Record and process journal entries, vendor bills, and customer invoices • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation • Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with statutory norms • Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions • Monitor overdue receivables and follow up for timely payments ⸻ Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and reconciliation processes • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently • Good communication and interpersonal skills ⸻ What We Offer • A collaborative and fast-paced work environment • Opportunities to grow within one of India’s most dynamic supply chain companies • Exposure to global fashion retail clients and cross-functional teams
