Job Description As the Graphic Design Expert at Tidy Rabbit, you will lead the creation of visual content that supports our brand, awareness campaigns, and internal communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop impactful design solutions that promote waste reduction, recycling, and environmental responsibility. Key Roles and Responsibilities Brand Visual Identity: Lead the development and maintenance of Tidy Rabbit’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our mission. Campaign Materials: Design engaging and informative graphics for awareness campaigns, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, stickers, and digital content to promote sustainable waste management practices. Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, and project teams to understand messaging requirements and translate complex topics into accessible, visually appealing materials. Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable design practices by selecting eco-friendly materials, minimizing waste in production, and advocating for digital-first solutions where possible. Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready and digital files for various media, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications. Content Adaptation: Create multiple design options for review, revise materials based on feedback, and deliver final files in editable and non-editable formats. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate with external vendors as needed. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, new design tools, and best practices in environmental communication. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (or) Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work in sustainability, environmental awareness, or related sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with digital and print production processes. Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback. Sustainability Knowledge: Understanding of sustainable design principles and a passion for environmental issues is a plus.
