The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the sales team, drive sales growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized solutions and enhancing their showroom experience. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s furniture offerings and assist customers with product selection. Team Development: Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer service skills. Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels align with sales demand. Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and strategies to improve results. Business meets with Interior Designers, Architects for new projects and sales opportunities. Qualifications: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Skills: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail or furniture showroom environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and sales growth. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
