The ideal candidate’s role will involve understanding client requirements, nurturing leads, conducting presentations, and driving conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless client journeys and optimized sales processes. You should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Key Responsibilities Handle and convert inbound/outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their marketing needs and preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, and market dynamics. Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure a high rate of engagement and conversion. Track, document, and report lead activity through CRM tools and regular reporting formats. Attend exhibitions, sales events, and project launches when required.
