We are looking for International Voice Support for Contact Center for a leading Consulting and Software Services client based out of Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Requirements: Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls and webchat (emails/text) to US based candidates to screen them for client's hiring requirement. Recording outcome of the call on tool.
