Role Overview As a Program Manager – Startup & MSME Engagement , you will lead the execution of strategic programs tailored to startup and MSME clients . This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to engage directly with business owners. You will serve as a vital link between Fundvice’s delivery teams and its clients—ensuring customized solutions, high-impact execution, and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of programs for startup and MSME clients across HR, finance, compliance, and operations. Collaborate with internal teams and founders to define objectives, milestones, and outcomes. Manage multiple concurrent programs with a focus on quality, timeliness, and measurable impact. Client & Stakeholder Management Engage directly with business owners and startup founders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Serve as the single point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle. Ensure transparency through detailed documentation, tracking, and regular communication. Business Insight & Continuous Improvement Identify common patterns and recurring issues faced by startups and MSMEs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable solutions and frameworks. Use field insights to contribute to service innovation and process improvement. Key Skills & Requirements 4–8 years of program/project management experience, preferably in startups , consulting , or business advisory . Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities. Strong understanding of startup and MSME operational environments. Well-versed in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello). Highly organized with a focus on planning, documentation, and execution. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred . Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a strong plus.
