Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641005 - 100% On-Site (WFO) Quality Assurance Executive (US Voice Process) We are seeking an experienced Voice/Call Quality Assurance Executive to oversee and enhance the quality of our US outbound sales tele-calling operations in the property tax reduction domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales voice quality, process compliance, and root cause analysis. Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Power BI, and a Six Sigma certification are mandatory. Technical Skills (Process / Tools-Oriented): · Call Auditing Expertise in reviewing and scoring inbound/outbound sales calls against QA scorecards. · Sales Process Understanding Familiarity with US B2C sales processes, especially outbound tele-sales or consultative selling. · QA Reporting & Analytics Ability to prepare performance dashboards, quality trend reports, and root cause analysis. · Call Calibration Techniques Participation in calibration sessions with sales leaders to ensure scoring consistency. · Knowledge of Compliance Standards Understanding of DNC (Do Not Call), and call compliance best practices. · Process Documentation Capable of creating/revising SOPs, audit guidelines, and knowledge base articles. · Proficiency in Tools Excel/Google Sheets (for reports), TalkDesk. Non-Technical Skills (Soft Skills / Interpersonal) · Strong Communication (Verbal & Written) Must be able to provide clear, constructive feedback to agents and document reports professionally. · US Accent Familiarity & Cultural Sensitivity Comfortable understanding US accents. · Attention to Detail Spot errors or deviations in communication, process, or compliance with high precision. · Coaching & Mentoring Experience in coaching sales reps on objection handling, empathy, call closings. · Analytical Thinking Ability to identify patterns, common gaps, and areas of improvement from audits. · Time Management Able to handle high call volumes for audits and meet daily/weekly reporting deadlines. · Collaboration Comfortable working with remote sales teams and attending cross-functional sync-ups. · Adaptability Willing to adjust working hours to align partially with US time zones for live reviews or calibrations. Preferred Background: · Prior experience as Voice or Call QA in US-based sales campaigns (real estate, mortgage, solar, insurance, or tax). · Experience in client-facing or customer success roles is an added advantage.
