Key Responsibilities Drive lead conversion through high-quality telephonic/video counselling, emails, and live chat. Understand candidates’ backgrounds, career goals, and suggest suitable course tracks. Maintain a deep understanding of our program features, benefits, and career outcomes. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets by efficiently managing the admissions pipeline. Guide students through the entire enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred: in Business, Marketing, or Technology fields). Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling, inside sales, or B2C EdTech sales . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
