Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and maintaining custom software using Company standard coding practices and techniques Responsible for architecting and developing functioning solutions based on technical requirements Works with enterprise architects, technical leads, and other developers to ensure scalable and quality solutions Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture in an understandable way to peers, Jr Developers and business users Responsible for assisting and performing code review of other developers. Responsible for following Company SDLC processes. Responsible for mentoring and guiding other development staff, including senior and lead roles, in best practices and techniques Fosters an environment of communication and problem solving, leveraging the Company Code of Values. Assists the team in researching solutions and recommends solutions to meet business requirements. Interface with others in a professional manner and be trusted go to person. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Required: 8+ years of working experience in ReactJS / .NET APIs development and should hold strong knowledge of ReactJS, Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, .NET Core, Core, PostgresSQL. Experience of working in a CI/CD model Exposure on AWS or any cloud services. Experience writing unit test cases A solid understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, website security and data privacy best practices Candidate must be customer focused, goal oriented, and have a passion for success Experience on Microservices. Knowledge and experience in common API technologies including SOAP and REST Able to lead other developers regarding best practices and techniques Able to see the bigger picture and explain it clearly to other development staff Able to document clearly and create flow / process diagrams to describe complex business applications. Participate in driving and creating both web and mobile products concepts as a part of cross functional team Highly organized and detail oriented. Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership. Good to have knowledge on Elastic Search, Caching techniques, Kibana, etc. Preferred Attributes: .Net exposure Extensive working knowledge in AWS and related AWS services Working knowledge on postgres database Experience using Docker / Kubernetes Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of proven work experience
