Job Summary Dolat Capital Market Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to support the legal and compliance team in handling statutory and regulatory obligations. The candidate will be primarily responsible for secretarial compliance including MCA and LLP filings, board meeting documentation, and supporting regulatory filings under SEBI regulations for various financial licenses. Responsibilities 1. Corporate Secretarial Compliance: Ensure timely filing of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (RoC) for companies and LLPs. Maintain and update statutory registers and records. Draft, prepare, and circulate Board meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and board resolutions. Assist in organizing and documenting General Meetings (AGMs/EGMs). Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008. 2. SEBI Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparation and filing of regulatory forms, reports, and returns for SEBI Licenses Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies for ongoing and event-based compliances. 3. Compliance Support: Support the Compliance Officer in maintaining regulatory records and audit trails. Maintain trackers for due dates and compliance calendars. Liaise with consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities as and when required. Assist in preparing compliance reports for the board and regulators. Skills In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, and SEBI regulations. Strong drafting and communication skills. Proficiency in MCA portal filings (V3), LLP portal filings. Working knowledge of SEBI Intermediary Portal. Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and ability to multitask. Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
