Selection Process : HR Round Versant Round (Pass score 58 and above) CD Round Ops Round Requirements : Should have only international chat experience of minimum 1 year. Excellent Communication skills. Comfortable for 10 hours shift and fixed night shift plus travelling hours. Cabs will be provided for pick and drop within hiring zone of 40 kms. No leaves for initial 6 months Fixed CTC: 4.15-5LPA + Variable (No JB)- hike on last drawn no commitment on flat 5LPA Eligibility : Undergraduate/Graduate Mandatory Docs : Candidates must have previous companies reliving/experience letter.
