Salesforce Pardot Implementation Specialist Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Pardot Implementation Specialist with a proven track record of implementing Successful Pardot Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of Pardot, a leading marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Pardot functionalities, marketing automation best practices. Key Responsibilities: Pardot Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Pardot, ensuring a seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. Design and execute marketing campaigns within Pardot, leveraging its features for lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and engagement tracking. To work with customers to finalise on the Lead scoring methodology. Configure and customize Pardot to meet specific business requirements, including lead scoring , automation rules , and email template s. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pardot with other business-critical systems such as Salesforce, CRM, and other marketing tools. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems. Optimize and troubleshoot campaigns to maximize performance and effectiveness. Generate regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize Pardot analytics to measure ROI and other key performance indicators. Provide training to marketing and sales teams on Pardot best practices and usage. Maintain detailed documentation of Pardot configurations, workflows, and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with other marketing technologies and integrations. Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Proven experience in implementing and managing Pardot for B2B marketing. In-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices. Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template customization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Certifications: Pardot certification or other relevant certifications in marketing automation.
