Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Skills: Workday Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations across industries. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient planning models. Design and configure Adaptive Planning solutions including workforce planning, financial planning, and operational modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HCM, Finance, and Integration consultants. Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support. Ensure timely and quality deliverables aligned with KPMG’s delivery standards. Support proposal development, solution demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Required Skills & Experience & Qualification 6–10 years of total experience with at least 3–5 years in Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong understanding of planning and budgeting processes across HR and Finance domains. Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning modules: Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, and Reporting. Familiarity with Workday HCM and Finance modules is a plus. Workday Adaptive Planning certification(s) preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in global delivery models and Agile environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Experience working with multinational clients or in offshore delivery centers. Exposure to integration technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB) is an advantage.
