Job Title: Events & Exchange Program Manager Location: Noida sector 132 ats bouquet A tower  Organization: Education Japan Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4–6 years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events & Exchange Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Sakura Quest and other academic and cultural exchange initiatives between India and Japan. The ideal candidate will have a background in event/project management, strong cross- cultural communication skills, and a passion for international education. Key Responsibilities:  Plan and manage all logistics of the Sakura Quest event including scheduling, vendor coordination, venue management, and stakeholder communication.  Liaise with Japanese universities, local schools, and institutional partners for smooth execution.  Ensure on-ground execution of regional and national events, including school/university outreach programs.  Organize inbound and outbound exchange programs involving Indian and Japanese students, teachers, and professionals.  Coordinate with travel agents, embassy offices, schools/universities, and cultural organizations.  Monitor program budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality experience for all participants.  Serve as the main point of contact for Japanese university partners, sponsors, and institutional collaborators.  Support strategic partnerships and promotional efforts with JASSO, Japanese embassies, and education consultants.  Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via digital channels.  Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations for improvement. Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, International Relations, Education, or a related field.  4–6 years of relevant experience in event planning or international education.  Strong project management and communication skills.  Prior experience working with Japanese institutions or in a cross-cultural setting is a plus.  Having strong connections in event management and hospitality is an added advantage.  Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
