Job Description

We are looking to hire a skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls Handling tickets, raising and updating tickets Calling out to the right on-call engineering team Handling Emails Should be comfortable in evening and night shifts Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette Customer-oriented attitude Spoken and written English language is a must
