Role: Presales Engineer Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Must Have: Should have worked on automotive domain and bid proposal mandatory Experience : 6+ Years Job Description- RFQ & RFP Preparation : Analyze customer requirements from RFQs/RFPs. Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to draft responses. Ensure compliance with client specifications and company capabilities. Create pricing models and cost estimates with finance teams. Proposal Development : Write, format, and structure proposals in a professional manner. Ensure proposals align with branding and messaging standards. Customize templates to fit specific customer needs. Presentations & Decks : Design and develop PowerPoint decks for client meetings. Highlight product features, benefits, and differentiators. Work with graphic designers (if available) for visually appealing decks. Skills Required: Technical Writing – Ability to draft detailed, persuasive documents. Presentation & Design – Proficiency in PowerPoint and other tools . Project Management – Handling multiple RFQs simultaneously under tight deadlines. Analytical & Research Skills – Understanding market trends and competitor insights. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in financials, specifications, and contract terms. Collaboration & Communication – Working with diverse teams to gather information.
