Having an experience of handling end-to-end green field and brown field projects in healthcare or FMCG industry. 2. Project management and co-ordination skills to ensure time ,cost. scope, quality & safety. 3. Understanding of work execution in area of civil, structural & architectural works along with clean room finishes. 4. Understanding of building codes for design & construction of industrial facility. 5..Civil design (documents, drawing, calculations etc.) review & understanding of interlinkages with other disciplines of execution like MEP & HVAC. 6. Coordination with stakeholders within team, cross functional teams, consultants and contractors. 7. Reporting of site progress & hurdles to team in a form which enables decisions & necessary action. 8. Preparation and Review of Techno-commercial bid analysis for Civil, CRP (clean room partition) & Structural packages. 9. Working with planning and contractors for productivity and work planning. 10. Deputation at site for execution of civil, clean room, structural and architectural works. 11. Support on QMS documentation and project documentation. 12. Work execution measurement along with reconciliation & bill clearance of contractors. 13. Knowledge on SAP & Autocad.
