Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Offshore Admin Executive to support our international operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling administrative tasks remotely, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative and back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and email management. Support international teams in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars. Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups. Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as per requirements. Handle travel bookings, meeting logistics, and expense reports (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity across all operations. Manage communication across time zones in a professional and timely manner. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in an offshore or remote setting. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
