Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate individual to lead Sneh Asha Foundation. As the NGO Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the foundation’s overall operations, developing and executing strategies, managing programs, fundraising, and establishing partnerships to fulfill our mission. This leadership role requires expertise in non-profit management, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to the educational and social welfare sector. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Guide the organization’s vision and align activities with its mission. Program Management: Oversee and evaluate educational and community welfare programs. Fundraising: Develop and execute fundraising strategies, build relationships with donors. Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and resource allocation for maximum impact. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration and growth. Advocacy: Represent Sneh Asha in public forums and advocate for policy change. Qualifications: A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Social Work, Management, or related fields. At least 12-15 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, ideally in education. Proven experience in program management, fundraising, financial oversight, and team leadership. Strong understanding of the social welfare and educational landscape, particularly in marginalized communities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills. Desired Skills: Previous experience working with marginalized or underprivileged communities. Ability to create and maintain long-term partnerships with external stakeholders. Proven track record in securing grants and funding. Experience in overseeing large-scale, impactful education projects.
