We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced HR Executive to support our expansion by managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: End-to-end hiring process management (screening, interviews, coordination with departments) Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals Maintaining candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive work environment through communication and culture-building initiatives Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively Plan team activities, feedback sessions, and performance review coordination General HR Operations: Maintain employee records, onboarding and exit formalities Support HR compliance and policy implementation Coordinate with payroll and accounts for attendance and salary inputs Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs Required Skills & Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferably in a tech/IT services company) Strong hands-on experience in technical hiring Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiar with ATS tools , employee management software, and basic compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment Why Join Auxiliobits?
