Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Medical Devices located in Gurugram. The role involves business development, sales, and market expansion in the medical devices industry including engaging with healthcare professionals, showcasing product value and improving patient outcomes in OPD and IPD. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and an established network in corporate and government hospitals around Gurugram/Delhi. Qualifications Must be fluent in English and Hindi Proven track record in sales of medical devices or orthopedic, neurology devices (3-9 years) Experience in the healthcare industry, especially with doctors, hospitals and their purchase departments Good knowledge of sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology and purchasing patterns Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent demonstrated communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of medical products and devices is a Strong Plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Salary Range - Rs. 7 - 18 LPA
