Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in business development within the sustainability and waste management sector. As a fresher, you'll be instrumental in supporting our mission. Your key responsibilities will include: Proactively generating leads and collaborating with the team on lead generation initiatives. Conducting initial outreach to potential stakeholders and introducing them to Tidy Rabbit's solutions. Assisting in guiding stakeholders through their sustainability and compliance challenges. Supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations related to EPR and waste compliance and market analysis Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and business development skills. What We're Looking For: While specific degrees are not required, we highly value: Exceptional communication skills, active listening, and empathetic selling. 0 - 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client-facing roles is preferred. A non-negotiable customer-obsessed and sales-driven mindset. Individuals who take ownership, follow up diligently, and are passionate about making a real impact. Fluency in English and Hindi.
