Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly connected National Head for our Hospitality Division, based out of Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding Dolphy’s national footprint, managing high-value accounts, and leading a team of regional professionals to drive business growth across India. Responsibilities  • Strategic Leadership:  • Lead the national hospitality business unit with strategic vision and operational excellence.  • Define and execute short-term and long-term goals aligned with the company’s growth plans.  • Monitor and manage P&L, revenue targets, and budgeting.  • Business Development:  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international hotel chains, corporate accounts, and hospitality consultants.  • Drive business acquisition through architect and interior consultant networks, hotel owners, and developers.  • Secure ARC approvals and corporate-level tie-ups with leading hospitality brands.  • Team Management:  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing national sales and operations team.  • Ensure strong team development, training, performance tracking, and motivation strategies.  • Territory & Revenue Planning:  • Define sales territories, revenue targets, and account strategies.  • Set and monitor KPIs across regions to ensure aligned performance.  • Marketing & Branding:  • Work closely with the marketing team for brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities tailored to the hospitality segment.  • Plan and manage national-level events, exhibitions, and client interactions.  • Travel & Client Engagement:  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for project visits, team meetings, and corporate presentations. Qualifications  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in hospitality sector, project sales, or allied industry.  • Strong PR and connections with leading hotel chains, hospitality consultants, architects, and developers.  • Proven experience in handling national-level leadership roles and driving high-revenue portfolios.  • Deep understanding of P&L management, project pipeline management, and CRM systems.  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
