Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in vadodara , gujarat . Identify , develop and expand business opportunities for paint & coating raw materials like Photoinitiators , Deformers , VAE Emulsions , Optical brighteners . Assess material specifications , quality requirments and regulatory compliance to offer reliable solutions to customers/clients. Engage with paint and coating indstries companies to provide high value material solutions. monitor industry trends , market analysis , pricing fluctuations and competitor activities to develop strategic sales approaches. Drive profitability through strategic pricing , volume-based negotiations and long term rate contract agreements. Communicate with company logistic and account department to ensure timely and seamless materials delivery.
