Location: Dehradun (Preferred) | Mumbai | Delhi NCR Experience: 2-5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing roles within Marketing Agencies, Production Houses, or Creative Studios Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: · • Lead Business Development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the advertising, production, and content marketing space. · • Build and nurture relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, agencies, and decision-makers across industries. · • Proactively pitch production services, video campaigns, digital marketing retainers, branded content ideas, and creative solutions. · • Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to tailor proposals, decks, and pitches aligned to client objectives. · • Manage end-to-end client engagement — from lead generation, proposal drafting, and negotiations to onboarding and project closure. · • Stay abreast of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities in the production and content marketing space. · • Represent the studio at industry events, client meetings, and networking platforms. · • Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: · • 2-5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing in production houses, creative studios, or marketing agencies. · • A strong portfolio of prior clients and executed projects, preferably across varied sectors like automotive, lifestyle, F&B, travel, or digital content. · • Excellent understanding of film/video production processes, digital marketing services, and agency-client dynamics. · • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · • Proficiency in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and campaign budgets. · • Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.
