The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service and analyzing account data to improve sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, identifying their needs, developing and executing plans to meet those needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
